Qualifications

• 1 year of customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales).
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with sales goals/metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and explaining Lowe’s products and benefits.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, processing orders and scheduling installations.
• Assist in price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and help with in-store needs.
• Train associates on the Sales floor as needed.
