Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales if education not met)
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with metrics
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within the department
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with pricing and order fulfillment
• Train associates and coach on development needs
• Complete other duties as assigned
