Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service, welcome customers, and assist with banking needs.
Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
Adhere to bank policies and procedures, including compliance and risk management to prevent fraud.
Recognize opportunities and cross-sell bank products to deepen relationships.
Engage customers and educate them on self-service tools.
Assist with audits and other operational tasks.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and be flexible to support nearby branches.
