Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years’ experience in a sales and service environment required.
• Retail/bank experience in operations and sales or similar experience in financial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products and services with ability to grasp finance and credit concepts.
• Must project a welcoming presence when interacting with customers.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Be digitally savvy and comfortable with digital banking tools to meet daily needs.
