Job summary

Carvana is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates in Oak Brook, IL, with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience. Shifts run 7am-3pm or 1pm-9pm; you should be available 6 days a week, with Saturdays required.

Starting pay is $20/hr, with progression to $22/hr and merit-based increases every quarter. Carvana offers 401(k) with match, health/dental/vision, PTO, tuition support, stock plans, and strong promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Notary public license within the first 90 days in applicable jurisdictions (process sponsored by Carvana).
• California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days of employment (sponsored by Carvana).
• Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia employees must apply for a Salesperson license within two weeks of employment (condition of employment).

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing and memorable pick up experience for customers; you’ll be the face of Carvana when customers come onsite to our car Vending Machine.
• Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
• Swiftly address customer questions or minor technical issues related to the vending machine process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana's policy.
