Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates to join our team in Chicago. Candidates should have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and be ready to support customers at our car Vending Machine locations. The shifts run 7 am–3 pm or 1 pm–9 pm, with a 6-day workweek including Saturdays.

Starting pay is $20/hr with potential growth to $22/hr through performance-based opportunities. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with Carvana match, strong health/dental/vision

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing and memorable pickup experience for customers at Carvana’s Vending Machine site.
• Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the tracking system.
• Address customer questions or issues related to the vending machine process to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain safe driving and a clean driving record per Carvana policies.
