Job summary

Service Credit Union is seeking a full-time, on-site Transaction Specialist in Rochester to ensure accurate, compliant, and member-focused processing across all accounts. You will identify process improvements, protect assets, and deliver exceptional service to members and internal partners.

Starting pay is $21.00/hour, with flexibility based on experience; on-site role with opportunities for growth and training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by responding to member inquiries accurately and professionally.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while supporting SLAs and KPIs.
• Post and reconcile incoming transactions (payments, deposits, general ledger entries).
• Research and resolve transaction discrepancies and balancing issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and implementation as needed.
