Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately while supporting SLAs and KPIs.
• Post and reconcile incoming transactions including loans, deposits, and payments.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve balance issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with workflow and quality control to improve efficiency.
