Northwest is seeking a Teller at our Jersey Shore, PA branch. This full-time position focuses on welcoming customers, accurately processing transactions, and delivering exceptional service to meet financial needs.

You will balance drawers daily, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and refer opportunities to the appropriate team while adhering to security procedures and bank policies. Evening and weekend shifts may apply.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking/retail experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and assist with questions and requests.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance teller drawer daily and assist with vault, ATM, and device checks.
• Identify referral opportunities and direct customers to appropriate team.
• Uphold security procedures and bank policies; support team during busy periods.
