Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Balance teller drawer daily and assist in office meetings and vault operations.
• Assist customers with questions, resolve problems, and refer complex requests to appropriate team.
• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service in person, by phone, and via email.
• Protect bank by following security, risk, and compliance procedures.
• Work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
• Operate office software and teller systems to process transactions.
