Job summary

Northwest State College, PA seeks a Full-Time Teller to join our retail network. You will welcome customers, process transactions, answer questions, and identify referral opportunities for banking products.

Responsibilities include balancing drawers, assisting staff with daily tasks, and delivering Northwest’s customer-experience promise during evenings and weekends. A high school diploma and cash handling or customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance teller drawer daily and complete balancing tasks.
• Assist customers with questions and problem resolution.
• Refer customers to appropriate team member for complex requests or products/services.
• Deliver Northwest’s customer-experience through in-person, phone, and email interactions.
• Work as part of a team and support branch operations, including evening hours and weekends.
