Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
• Proven verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional branch customer service and manage lobby interactions.
• Educate customers with shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Balance and process transactions accurately following bank policies.
• Address escalated account issues to resolution and log complaints in the system.
• Transition sales opportunities and introduce customers to banking partners.
• Complete branch operational tasks (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Maintain AML/BSA/KYC compliance and adhere to risk controls.
