Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by understanding needs and delivering solutions.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations.
• Identify self-service opportunities meeting needs.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers; address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Log customer complaints and escalate issues to resolution.
• Transition identified sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Perform branch-related operational activities (cash, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Complete customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Support AML/KYC related activities and comply with risk controls.
