You will balance and process transactions accurately, greet customers, manage lobby activity, and escalate issues to resolution while maintaining compliance with AML/BSA/KYC policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED and minimum of 6 months customer service experience, including data entry and/or cash handling experience.
• Proven verbal communication skills.
• Proven interpersonal skills.

• Proficient with internet user-level technology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional branch customer service and digital demonstrations to customers.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Take ownership of escalated account services issues until resolution; log complaints in the system.
• Transition identified sales opportunities and introduce to appropriate banking partner.
• Complete branch-related operational activities (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Ensure AML/BSA/KYC related activities are performed and compliant.
