• Greet customers, manage the lobby, and address immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions per Bank Policy.
• Escalate and resolve account service issues; log complaints in the system.
• Transition sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Perform branch operations (cash orders, vault, ATM, wires) as needed.
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Adhere to AML/BSA/KYC controls and regulatory requirements.
