Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store management or district office when unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process general requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Respond professionally and clearly to customers, offering solutions.
• Engage with customers to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle currency, cash drawer, deposits, and related cash handling tasks.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify customer information during transactions.
• Process loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Complete required trainings and annual I Agree acknowledgments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
