Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with ability to identify service needs.
• Ability to listen, ask questions, and upsell services when appropriate.
• Proficient with a Dealer Management System (DMS) and related software.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner.
• Answer calls promptly and satisfy inquiries.
• Review completed work, discuss recommendations, and collect payments.
• Look up service history and manage appointments in the DMS.
• Deliver excellent service and review customer satisfaction surveys.
