Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries, identifying service needs, resolving concerns, and selling additional services when appropriate.
• Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner.
• Answer customer calls courteously and satisfy inquiries.
• Review completed work and recommendations and collect payments.
• Proficient knowledge in Dealer Management System (DMS) and other essential software to look up service history, schedule appointments, and manage information.
