Gulf Coast Toyota in Angleton, Texas is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor. You will greet customers, understand repair needs, and serve as the liaison between customers and our service technicians to ensure timely updates and clear estimates for pickup.

Responsibilities include upselling services, explaining repairs and costs, handling customer concerns, and maintaining high CSI scores. A strong customer-service mindset and prior advisor experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience is a must.
• Prior Service Advisor experience is a plus.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds DMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and understand repair needs.
• Act as liaison between customer and service technicians.
• Keep customers updated on repair times, estimates, and pickup times.
