You will be the liaison between customers and our service technicians, ensuring an exceptional service experience from start to finish while helping drive department sales and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of automotive systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with dealership software and computer systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
