SES - Security Equipment Supply in Nashville, TN seeks a Customer Experience Associate to support customers, enable sales, and keep operations running smoothly. This role blends customer service, sales enablement, and warehouse support, requiring high attention to detail, strong soft skills, and a high sense of urgency.

You’ll be the connective tissue between customers, sales, vendors, and operations—ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Qualifications

• Requires strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Some college or an associate degree in business, communications, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Serve as the primary contact for returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
• Assist customers at the counter and via phone with orders, quotes, and inquiries.
• Communicate proactively with branch and corporate teams to resolve issues fast.
• Triage and qualify inbound leads; route opportunities to the right salesperson.
• Maintain disciplined CRM/ERP records—notes, next steps, stages, and follow-ups.
• Prepare clean, complete quote packages and track progress through conversion.
• Pick, pack, ship, receive, and stock inventory accurately.
• Keep showroom and warehouse organized and safe.
• Step in during absences to keep operations moving.
