Qualifications

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain knowledge of merchandise.
• Process freight and assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register according to company policy and handle transactions.
• Greet customers, assist with fitting rooms, and invite return visits.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Assist management with merchandising on the sales floor and stock levels.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain professional appearance.
