Responsibilities

• Process freight and assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance registers according to policy and handle transactions.
• Bag merchandise efficiently and greet customers promptly.
• Process payments (cash, checks, cards) per policy.
• Get management approval for returns, voids, and checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping duties.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after sales.
• Support loss prevention and report incidents as needed.
• Assist with merchandising on the sales floor by stock levels.
