This role requires strong people skills, cash register familiarity, basic math, and a willingness to work weekends/holidays. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the GUEST service model.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions we have running.
• Keep the floor neat, organized, and well stocked.
• Make sure items are labeled and price marked properly.
• Protect products by tagging, monitoring, and reporting shrinkage.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near misses.
