This role requires 18+ years, strong communication, basic math, and a willingness to work weekends/holidays. Training is available; teamwork and safety are emphasized in a welcoming environment for athletes and everyday

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Should be a people person.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 4 lbs frequently; lift up to 50 lbs with assistance; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Greet customers and initiate contact.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Explain product features and benefits.
• Resolve customer questions and issues.
• Process transactions and close sales.
• Assist customers with proper NB product fitting.
• Inform customers about promotions and sales.
• Keep the store floor neat, organized and well stocked.
• Ensure items are labeled and priced correctly.
• Protect products by monitoring floor merchandise and security measures.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near misses.
