Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift/move heavy items as part of stocking duties.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; perform cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards program enrollments and private label credit cards.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) execution.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and in-stock conditions; assist with returns and go-backs.
