Michaels is seeking a Store Associate in Florida to assist customers, stock merchandise, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment. You will handle checkout responsibilities, support omnichannel tasks, and help maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand long periods and move around the store.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Complete merchandise recovery and returns; maintain stock and store condition.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; model positive behavior.
