Job summary

You will help with unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining well-merchandised, in-stock conditions across the store.

The role supports omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and promotes rewards programs while adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Comfort with using a POS system and handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in store, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standards.
• Educate customers about rewards programs and enroll them.
• Engage customers in VOC surveys and support omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock shelves and manage returns and store recovery.
