Job summary

The Michaels Companies West Melbourne, FL store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in unloading, stocking, and planogram duties while maintaining store recovery standards to support our brand promises.

You will engage customers with the Rewards program, Private Label Credit Cards, and VOC surveys, and assist with omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Move throughout the store and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain store recovery and planograms.
• Assist with omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Engage customers on rewards and private label credit cards and enroll them.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
