Job summary

GSP Transportation is seeking a friendly Rental Return Agent to provide superior service during the car rental and return process at our Myrtle Beach location. You will greet customers, assist with luggage, review charges, and ensure accurate receipts while maintaining an organized lot.

The role requires 18+, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work all shifts. You will collaborate with the service department, understand rental documents, and help protect the company’s CAR values in

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle report.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work all required shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive.
• Assist customers with luggage.
• Advise and review rental charges and provide an accurate receipt.
• Inquire about service and satisfaction.
• Inspect the vehicle and determine the fuel tank level.
• Complete a service alert for any mechanical or body damage reported by customers.
• Identify vehicles on hold for turnback, time, mileage, recall, or other locks, and verify their movement to the proper lot location.
• Assist the service department with vehicle cleaning as needed.
• Keep the lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow.
• Maintain knowledge of rental/return documents, fuel services, surcharges, and optional coverage.
• Understand the damage/loss reporting procedure.
