Job summary

GSP Transportation Inc. seeks a friendly Rental Return Agent in Savannah to provide top-tier service throughout the rental cycle. You will greet customers, assist with luggage, review charges, and issue receipts while ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.

You will inspect vehicles, confirm fuel levels, and report any damage, supporting the service team with cleaning and lot organization as needed. A valid license and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle report.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work all required shifts.
• Basic computer skills including data entry, typing, and experience with Word/Excel.
• Enjoys working closely with fellow team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and assist with luggage as needed.
• Advise on charges and provide accurate receipts for rentals and returns.
• Inquire about service and satisfaction to ensure a positive experience.
• Inspect vehicles and verify fuel levels and condition.
• Document any damage and process service alerts for returns.
• Identify vehicles on hold and guide their movement to the proper lot.
• Assist the service department with vehicle cleaning and lot organization.
