GSP Transportation Inc. is seeking a friendly Rental Return Agent to deliver superior, efficient service during the rental and return process. You will greet customers, review charges, inspect vehicles, and ensure accurate receipts while maintaining lot organization.

The role emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and precise data entry with MS Word/Excel. A valid driver's license and US work authorization are required, and shifts vary.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle report.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work all required shifts.
• Ability to solve problems with precision, speed, and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills including data entry, typing, and experience with Word and Excel.
• Enjoys working closely with fellow team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers as they arrive.
• Assist customers with luggage.
• Advise and review rental charges and provide an accurate receipt.
• Inquire about service and satisfaction.
• Inspect the vehicle and determine fuel tank level.
• Complete a service alert for any damage reported by customers.
• Identify vehicles on hold and verify movement to proper lot.
• Assist service department with vehicle cleaning as needed.
• Keep the lot organized for access and traffic flow.
• Maintain knowledge of rental/return documents and surcharges.
• Understand the damage/loss reporting procedure.
• Perform additional related duties as required.
