SERVPRO Team Ridner is seeking a dependable Receptionist / Dispatcher to join our office team in Manchester, TN. You will be the first contact for customers facing water losses or property emergencies, gathering accurate information and moving jobs forward with the production team.

This role goes beyond answering phones: you will coordinate schedules, enter data, dispatch jobs, and help keep our office organized with strong customer service and digital-tool skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous receptionist or office experience preferred.
• Restoration, construction, or insurance experience would be helpful but isn’t required.
• Strong customer service, administrative, communication, and digital-tool skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with a friendly, calm, and professional attitude.
• Gather and accurately enter new customer and job information.
• Receive and enter new leads and FNOL information.
• Dispatch new jobs to the appropriate production team.
• Track new leads and ensure timely responses to customers.
• Greet customers and visitors to our office.
• Coordinate daily production and on-call schedules.
• Monitor jobs and communicate information between office and production teams.
• Maintain accurate information in our computer systems.
• Assist the Office Manager and team with general administrative responsibilities.
