Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products in Littleton, CO is seeking a Project Lead to act as the voice of the customer from estimate to on-site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, approve submittals, schedule with production, and manage on-site delivery with customers and transportation.

You will be the main point of contact for customers and vendors on assigned sales orders, monitor costs, ensure contract compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years Project Management experience.
• Ability to review and work from production schematics and engineering drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience within the construction or precast concrete industry.

Responsibilities

• Voice of the customer from estimate to on-site delivery.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently.
• Coordinate kickoff with stakeholders and review scope and paperwork.
• Be primary contact for customers and vendors on assigned orders.
• Monitor project costs and ensure contract compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, production planning, transportation, and procurement.
• Identify and submit change orders and adjust schedules as needed.
