Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products in Elgin, IL seeks a Project Lead who will serve as the voice of the customer from estimate to on-site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, approve submittals, schedule with production, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all sales orders.

You will be the main contact for customers and vendors, monitor project costs, and ensure timely communication from sales to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Civil Eng preferred.
• 3+ years project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Experience in construction or precast concrete industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer across the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently and coordinate with internal teams.
• Lead turnover meetings to align scope, estimates, and schedule with production.
• Maintain customer updates from production through on-site delivery.
• Provide direction to engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement and accounting.
