Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Auburn, WA seeks a Project Lead to champion the customer experience from sale through on-site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, approve submittals, schedule with production, and ensure on-time delivery while balancing customer and company interests.

You will monitor costs, manage communications with customers and vendors, and drive continuous process improvements across projects in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience in construction or precast.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and schedules concurrently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Experience reviewing production schematics is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer in OI facilities.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently.
• Lead turnover meetings and coordinate with production and scheduling.
• Be the main contact for customers and vendors on assigned orders.
• Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Problem-solve proactively and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate site visits and handle change orders as needed.
• Work with project managers and plant manager to align long-term schedules.
