Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a Project Lead at our Auburn, WA plant to be the voice of the customer from sale through on-site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, production scheduling, and transportation to ensure timely, accurate order execution and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years of project management, and strong MS Office skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus and a hybrid/onsite work mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Civil Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the 'voice of the customer' in OI facilities.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently.
• Coordinate with engineering, scheduling, and delivery; review submittals and approvals.
• Act as main point of contact for customers and vendors on assigned orders.
• Monitor project costs and compliance with contract documents.
• Attend job meetings and balance customer and OI interests.
• Continuously improve processes and systems.
• Coordinate site visits and resolve issues from sale to completion.
• Manage submittals/approvals with customers as required.
• Communicate delivery needs with Transportation and follow up.
• Work with other PMs and plant manager to align long-term schedule.
• Meet the 'Requested Ship Date' KPI.
