Responsibilities

• Process transactions through teller equipment on all retail and corporate accounts (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cash advances).
• Demonstrate a consultative sales approach to build customer relationships by offering products/services (checking, savings, credit cards, loans, digital banking).
• Engage with customers and maintain professional integrity and ethics.
• Contribute to growth and retention of deposit and loan customers; initiate new relationships via outbound calling.
• Count money accurately with arithmetic skills.
• Access account information via computer systems to process transactions.
• Attend classes to develop knowledge of bank products and guidelines.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
