Job summary

Dollar Bank is seeking a Personal Banker I to be the first point of contact for customers, handling routine deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments for retail and business accounts. You will engage customers through consultative conversations to understand needs and recommend banking products and digital solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• College degree or a minimum of six months customer service experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional grammar and demeanor.
• Ability to travel as needed to training.
• Candidates will be subject to background checks as required by OCC.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions through teller equipment on retail and corporate accounts (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cash advances).
• Demonstrate consultative sales to build relationships by offering products and services (checking, savings, cards, loans, digital banking).
• Engage customers in conversations and lobby interactions with professional integrity and ethics.
• Contribute to growth and retention of deposit and loan customers; initiate new relationships through outbound calls.
• Develop knowledge of bank products and guidelines by attending required classes.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
