Citizens Bank is seeking a Teller in Manhasset, NY. You will greet customers, demonstrate how to use our mobile app and ATMs, and process simple transactions.

You’ll offer personalized financial advice and connect customers with Bankers for next steps, while adhering to all policies and cash-handling procedures. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and a commitment to community, with meaningful work and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• High School degree or GED required.
• 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to build long-term customer relationships.

• Greet customers in our lobbies and demonstrate how to use mobile app or ATMs to complete simple transactions.
