Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a friendly Teller to greet customers in our lobby and guide them through simple transactions using our mobile app and ATMs. You will deliver personalized service, educate customers on Citizens products, and connect them to Bankers for the next steps, while following all cash handling and regulatory policies.

The role emphasizes helping customers achieve financial goals and building lasting relationships through proactive, customer-centric service in a branch environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with simple transactions.
• Demonstrate how to use the mobile app and ATMs to complete tasks.
