Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process by greeting customers and identifying service needs.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products and services.
• Identify and achieve weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporate digital banking products into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applications.
• Manage new and existing relationships per consumer bank standards.
• Perform routine teller transactions and other operational duties.
• Support risk management as part of daily responsibilities.
