Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Relationship Banker to support consumer banking, account servicing and lending at our Franklin, PA area branches. You will execute branch leads, handle customer transactions, and identify sales opportunities to refer or convert into qualified leads.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and transactional proficiency, with adherence to FNB policies and core values. You may work at multiple market locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process by greeting customers and identifying needs.
• Make recommendations in banking products and cross-sell opportunities.
• Achieve weekly sales/referral goals as directed by Branch Manager.
• Promote FNB digital products in interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applications.
• Manage lifecycle of customer relationships to consumer bank standards.
• Perform teller and routine operational duties per policy.
• Support other duties as assigned.
• Comply with risk management and regulatory requirements.
