Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0 years of related experience acceptable.
• Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills required.
• Knowledge of banking policies and consumer products helpful.
• NMLS license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales by greeting customers and identifying needs.
• Input and maintain referrals and customer data using branch tech.
• Handle routine teller transactions and standard operations.
• Achieve weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures and risk management practices.
• Support others and perform related tasks as assigned.
