Qualifications

• 12+ Months Experience selling products and/or services.
• 6+ Months Experience in Retail Banking sales or related industry with proven success.
• 6+ Months Santander experience related to the essential functions and responsibilities.
• 6+ Months Customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• 6+ Months Cash handling experience.
• Established relationship-building skills with a focus on customer experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to learn and apply sales techniques to meet customer needs.
• Experience in cross-selling products and services.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet the financial needs of the customer through transactions, servicing and product recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to grow banking relationships via branch activities and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships to understand financial needs and tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and drive performance.
• Provide an elevated, personalized customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Communicate clearly with customers in person, over the phone, or digitally.
• Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Assist with audits and other operational tasks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
