Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Banker II in Tennessee–Maryville to serve as a frontline ambassador and deliver the Woodforest Experience. You will grow retail relationships through outstanding service, proactive product recommendations, and consistent branch operations.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Drive sales through referrals and marketing outreach inside/outside the branch.
• Provide warm, personalized service and support digital banking tools.
• Maintain operational accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced branch.
