Woodforest National Bank in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Banker to serve as frontline ambassador, delivering the Woodforest Experience and growing retail customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive marketing.

In this full-time role you will perform teller and branch duties, open accounts, process transactions, and promote digital tools while upholding Woodforest’s core values of Ownership, Service, Community and Integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willing to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach inside and outside the branch.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts with accuracy and compliance.
• Process transactions with operational excellence and adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Explain complex banking solutions clearly and simply to customers.
