Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Banker in Springfield, TN to build retail customer relationships and promote banking solutions. You will deliver the Woodforest Experience with proactive service and sales, while maintaining compliance in a fast-paced branch.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions to drive retail performance.
• Engage customers with proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach.
• Explain complex solutions in simple terms and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products with accuracy.
• Support branch operations, cash handling, balancing, and compliance with policies.
