You will identify customer needs, recommend banking solutions, and promote products and digital tools while providing friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced branch. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail sales or customer service.
• In-store banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible or extended hours as retail branch needs

Responsabilités

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact with internal partners as needed.
• Maintain accurate transaction processing and account opening.
