You will engage customers, explain products clearly, and support digital banking tools in a fast-paced branch environment. Minimum 2 years in retail sales or customer service required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.
